At Soul Love Records, we handle every order with care so your records arrive safely and ready to play.

Here’s how we ship:

📦 Dispatch Schedule

Used / Second-Hand Records:

Dispatched daily (Monday–Friday) so you can enjoy your finds as soon as possible.

New Vinyl (Brand-New Stock):

Dispatched once per week on Wednesdays .

Orders placed after Mondays at 9am will be included in the following week’s shipment.

As a new business this approach helps us keep new releases organized while getting pre-loved vinyl to you faster.

🚚 Delivery Times

After dispatch, typical delivery times are:

UK: 2-4 working days (Royal Mail 48 tracked)

Europe: 5-10 working days

Rest of World: 7-14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy postal periods.

You will receive:

Order confirmation instantly after checkout

Dispatch confirmation with tracking info (if available) once your order has been shipped

If you need a faster turnaround for new vinyl, please contact us before ordering — we may be able to arrange an earlier dispatch for an additional fee.
